morgenmahl deli

am pfahlplätzchen 2 - bamberg, bayern

Inspired by the interior of colonial coffeehouses of the 19th century and the American-Jewish concept of a Delicatessen Shop, the Morgenmahl Deli was opened in 2019. Located in the old town of the Bavarian world heritage City Bamberg, the historic ground structures of the space largely shaped the final look of the Deli. Palm trees, gold elements and shades of pastel green and blue create a cozy, yet elegant and slightly extravagant look. So called ‘Stullen’, abundantly garnished sandwiches on fresh sourdough bread, are being served with fine coffee specialties and fresh juices. A successful gastronomy and interior concept targeted at young customers in an urban setting.
